We pick up and deliver in Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Markham, Pickering, Aurora, Newmarket, Oakville, Ajax, Caledon, King, Bradford, Stouffville and East Gwillimbury. Enter your address to check. Our driver-partner collects the bag from you in person, so please be there at your booked pickup time. We confirm right away when you enter your address. If you are just outside the area, join the waitlist and we will let you know when we reach you.

Pick what suits you. Morning pickup (7-11 a.m.): back the same day, 5-10 p.m. Evening pickup (5-10 p.m.): back the next day, 5-10 p.m. Order before 10 a.m. for an evening pickup the same day. In Ajax, Caledon, King, Bradford, Stouffville and East Gwillimbury we pick up in the morning and bring it back the next morning, 7-11 a.m., with a $10 distance fee in Ajax, Caledon, King and Bradford. Pickup is always in person with our driver-partner.

$120 + HST per bag. First order: $99 + HST per bag. Pickup and delivery included.* In Ajax, Caledon, King and Bradford there is a $10 + HST distance fee per order. Your first order is the first one for your household: the same email, mobile or address. An order cancelled before we charged it, or fully refunded, doesn't count. Discount codes can't be combined with the first-order price.

Every bag is photographed and its items counted on arrival. Already-worn gear: we photograph it on arrival and tell you what we see. Hockey gear wears out with use, and washing can show or worsen wear that was already there; we are not responsible for that. If we damage gear through our own mistake, we repair it or pay its fair current value, up to a limit per bag.

Tell us within 72 hours of delivery, before you play in it again, and we wash it again for free: pickup and return included. Email [email protected] or call 604-379-6840.

When you book, we place a hold on your card for the total and save the card securely with our payment processor. You are only charged once your gear is washed and ready to come back, for the number of bags you handed over. If you hand over more bags than you booked, we charge the extra bags to the saved card at the same time and email you a receipt.

For a pickup, you can cancel from your tracking link until your pickup window starts, and the hold on your card is released. After that, contact us at [email protected]. If you hand your bag to our team in person, you can cancel until you do.

We don't take sticks or anything that isn't hockey gear.
